The embroidered floral design combined with the halter top and slit down the leg makes it fun and flirty. It’s made out of fine Mexican cotton, has ties around the neck, elastic around the waist for a tighter fit and secures with a zipper on the back. This dress is handmade and embroidered by Mexican Artisans in Guanajuato, Mexico.
