*All Return/Exchanged Item(s)must be returned in the exact same condition as sent, unused and within 15 days of being received. *

  • You will Receive a response email with Our official form attached.
  • Make sure to read and fill the form carefully 

After filling out the online form provided via email make sure to pack your return item(s) carefully, and mail your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a traceable insured shipping method as we are not responsible for any lost Item(s)

Once the return has been received please expect a processing time of up to 7 business days.

  • Please Complete the Return/Exchange form, indicating how you would like us to handle your return. 
  • Enclose the return form with the merchandise 
  • The item(s) must be returned unused 
  • Customers should expect a processing time of up to 7 business days from receipt of returned packages

  • All returned merchandise will be charged a ($4.00- $7.50) return processing fee, which will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. 
  • We will waive the return processing fee for item(s) returned for the following reasons:
